Force 135 insignia

I,m looking for some information about this insignia.
Is this a Force 135 unit sign.
There is little information to find so maybe a member can help me out with this one.

That is the Dorset County Division patch.

Force 135 is three yellow lions on a red shield. This representing the Arms of Jersey and Guernsey Channel islands

Quite an attractive little piece of insignia to a short lived (home) division.

Here is a small snippet of information for you.

The design is adapted from the arms of Dorchester and the County Council. Divisional HQ was formed 24 February 1941, and took command of its brigades (210th & 220th [Home]). The Division was disbanded 31 December 1941.
