Named 2 tones Camo BMB 44 MKII HSAT

    Hi to All,

Folowing Mark & his nice netted HSAT , here is his "brother" which seems to have seen more action...
It's a 2 tones camo MKII HSAT (Helmet Steel Airborne Troops) in large size 8 with nice patina + red, black & white painted name and ID Nb Inside rim.
I have that one for a while and really love it even if I would say "post war used" with that typical black & green camo combo & painted name & id nb...

    what's your thought gents?

    Best to All,
    Thierry

Hi Thierry I really like this Mk II HSAT and I would happily display it in my collection the pattern is very reminiscent to one that was worn by some of the British occupational forces stationed in Germany shortly after the war I will see if I can find the image somewere.

    Regards Mark

Ive had a couple of these WW2 dated black camo type para lids in the past, ive allways belived the black was a postwar applied cammo pattern, allways willing to learn though
