Indeed, one of the greatest, most inspiring leaders. His courage and eloquence were unique. If only we were blessed with leaders like him today.
    When you go home
Tell them for us and say
    For your tomorrow
    We gave our today

The greatest Briton of them all, and likely to never be surpassed.

A man like him comes once in a millenium. We sure could use him now.

Tremendous historical figure. Churchill tirelessly rallied a nations people and Allies in a death struggle against totalitarianism. The threats of which he clearly understood and never wavered from. His finest hour.

He remains the quintessential British statesman of the 20th Century.
