This is proof the Royal Marines wore the ceremonial tunic until the outbreak of WWII.
It is not a bandies tunic, although we retained it as did the RM on the Yacht.
It is still the a Royal Marines Ceremonials and not to be confused with No1s, which today is worn on ceremonial parades by marines as the tunics are not issued.
