Units Assistance

Can anyone provide me with information pertaining to the following units, where they were located from 1939-45 and what aircraft they flew. I believe these are SAAF units, although as South Africa was part of the Commonwealth at the time, they may correspond to similar RAF units:
100 Air Station (AS) , 71 AS, 1 Air Depot, 34 Squadron in Middle East, 10 Squadron Middle East, 68 Air School, 27 Air School and 5 Wing.
