Hi Jeroen, that is really good news that you got most of your money back

Plus your English is fine! Much better than my (very) few words of Dutch

        Cheers, Ade.

That is a good one. One of my Dutch friends is the current high bidder

If anyone wants a good helmet this is one to bid on.

            Cheers, Ade.

              Yeah thats a nice helmet

Heres an interesting piece of kit. Does anyone know who would have been issued these? Just aircrew?

The Easco logo rings a bell with me? Did someone (Ade?) post a similar item a while back?

I've seen them before on eBay I believe. IMA also has these for sale:

I wonder why it doesn't have any military stampings? Could Easco be a civillian subcontractor for the Air Ministry?

Hi Des & Luc, I didn't post a pic of one. I have never bought one, I guess I should really? These are one of those items that always seem to have been around. I consider them an aircrew item to be honest, but I do dabble a bit a A/G items.

                    Cheers, Ade.

As I said, they are an interesting item. I wonder if they made it into aircraft packed with paras? Quite possibly. That German guy on ebay seems to have a whole crate of them. Cant really go wrong at the price!

Great website by the way Luc! I have been looking for Caltrops a long time

You're welcome Des, I won't ask why you need them but I won't park my car anywhere near your house!

I've tried to find a picture of a para with a life vest light, no succes. I don't suppose para's were fond of loose wire on their bodies.

                        That can keep anything floating.

Yes! I saw those photos from HG on ebay. Very funny!

Thanks Des, been watching this one for the whole week. Seemed like a nice addition to the one I bought recently for 10Euro; I'm going to skip for now.

                                Cheers, Luc
