can anyone tell me if this is a no3 commando badge or not? or what it might be?

I've never seen a badge like this! there is a big difference in the mouth on the one i sold a few weeks back. to me it jumps out as a fantasy badge!! thinking back there is a few threads on these badges on this forum! do i think its 3 Commando? no (my opinion only). thanks for showing
