Hi guys
I normally collect German stuff but an old lady I knew gave me a haul of her late husband's old papers and medals and I found this in the box she gave me. It appears to be a War Office copy of an internal memo. It has some further serial numbers at the bottom of the page (not shown in photo). No sig's or stamp or anything on it. Blank on reverse. Has anyone seen anything like this before or have any idea of value?
