Can't View Some WAF Pictures

Don't know why, but in a few WAF threads I get the boxes like those shown below instead of the actual photos. It's obvious from thread comments that others see the posted photos, but I can't.

Is there a WAF or PC setting I need to adjust to fix this?

This has happened to me a few times...Never figured out why, or even how I finally could see the pix much later.

Hope an expert can explain this.
