I did determine that one of the cufftitles Hoffmann is wearing is for the Freikorps Sauerland. Don't know about the other.

Here's another of Hoffman with the closed collar and Gauleiter Tabs....I like the uniforms of the lower level officials of the NSDAP on the right of the photo....

Also note the waist length, concealed button jackets being worn by the two HJ leaders. I have not seen this pattern jacket before.
