My subscription just ran out, and I'm unable to renew it for some reason. When I go to the secure site to pay for it, I get a message, "THE FOLLOWING ERRORS HAVE OCURRED" "(123) This account has not been given the permission required for this request". I've renewed 8 times over the years, and this is a new one, is it due to the site changes? I don't know, but I've sent messages to tech support, moderators, and so far no help. Any ideas? Thanks for any help with this.
