In 2001 the Royal Navy Submarine Museum published a 2 volume history entitled British & Allied Submarine Operations in World War II and limited it to just 200 copies.
However they have now published it all on-line for free and the level of information is brilliant. It consists of 34 chapters and just under each chapter title are the links for the maps, routes and patrol details etc.
