This film is now showing on Sky Cinema in the UK. It is a Russian made film but has Christopher Lambert as Karl Frenzel who was in charge of Camp-I at Sobibor and so was responsible for the killing process.
It is an ok film but little more than that. Despite it being an actual film in it's own right it has that sort of feel to it of being a series cut down to film length.
Whereas I thought Anthropoid was much better than Operation Daybreak, Escape From Sobibor is the better film despite it having been made 32 years ago.
I would give Sobibor a 6/10.
