Identify music at beginning of clip

hello All,

any one have any idea as to the name of the marching song at the beginning of this youtube clip?

I've tried those app's that supposedly identify songs but it incorrectly lists the song as "Alte Kamerdan"

Any suggestions would be welcomed!!
