I highly recommend the Bohmler book. Especially if you are interested in the German view of the battles. Flak - try contacting the store directly to see if you can get the shipping reduced.
I got a used copy from New Zealand as well. Worst case, if it is a nice copy I would say that it is worth the $50. Mine was an old library copy - pretty beat up (missing one of the maps).
