Model Nazi , Arthur Griesler and the occupation of Western Poland , by Catherine Epstein This is the biography of Gauleiter Athur Griesler and his career Obviously the largest part of this book is given over to his running of the Warthgau and treatment of Poles , Ethnic Germans and Jews . Very well researched and written without I thought any sense of bias ,this is a good book on a previously virtually unresearched individual and valuable addition to anyone interested in this area .One niggling complaint though was the over use of the word "perpetrator"(which he undoubtably was) I found its use almost faddish . Still I d recommend it !
