It is offered in the USA by Jeff Clark for example, but also at Weitze, Hüsken and many others in Germany and of course from the publisher himself: www.vdmedien.de
Look for the title: Ringkragen und Brustschilder im Dritten Reich.

For your money you get 704 pages with 1,500 photographs (much in color), big size book with about 2.8 kg.
However: the text is not in English, but German only!

      New Gorget Book

      Greetings,
My Good Friend and fellow collector David L. Delich asked Me to post His review about this new book. Here it is:
I recently took delivery of a new book authored by
Wilhelm Saris and Andrew Mollo, entitled Ringkragen
und Brustschilder im Dritten Reich assisted by David B.
Landers, Philippe Gillain, Michael C. Shaner, and Otto
      Spronk.
I must say that it is one of the most prolific reference
works I have ever read. The time and creativity these
authors spent putting this tome together is beyond
praise, and well worth it to the entire collecting
community! I can predict that it will go down as the
"standard" reference on gorget collecting bar none!
It was exciting in that I was introduced to so many
photos I had never seen before, and to gorgets that
      I never dreamed existed.
What a wonderful, wonderful reference, my friends!
You all continue to do yourself proud! I am still
continuing to digest it, and hope that it takes a long
      time!
My thanks again to the authors who have devoted
themselves to this research -- a true gift to all
      collectors everywhere!
      Dave Delich

      Thanks Dave!!!!!!

Thanks David, dear friend for over 35 years. I really appreciate your comment
and will let the others, to be found upon the cover, know about this. Maybe they will read the comment by themselves, as I know a few are WAF-members to!
I really appreciated your assistance with this enormous project, especially for the chapter about SS! Thanks again......

Nearly 1,700 views. Thanks to all of you that have taken the opportunity
to have a look to this thread. Hope you enjoyed the pages that RonR
has shown. Only a few pages out of those 704!!

Various persons asked me about an English version for the gorget-book. I passed on this question and asked the German publisher what about such an English version. He answered he will consider this!

First there must come a good translation (maybe it is possible to do this in the later part for next year, 2013). The text then must be agreed by me, in cooperation with my US friend Michael Shaner (who also did the English text-control for my book about wall signs) or another US collector-friend. So we are sure the text is acceptable!

It is for sure: before early 2015 there won't be an English version. And this is only a "rough and global" planning! Note the book in English will cost anyway about 125,- US dollars or more! A cheaper version is not possible, nor acceptable!

Can only imagine the work put into that book.

Collect mainly EK's but have a Gorget that seems to be the same maker as the one on page 183 in post 24.

It's supposed to be marked with a 3 for unknown maker. Could this maker be Deumer?

It's far fetched but have a look at this thread, Gorget seems to have a Deumer Prinzen EK in the middle:

Could be, but there is no proof and 100% verification for either the number's 1, 2 and 3. Only guesses by all of the experts I know!
But I doubt Deumer for sure, as I have never seen any evidence Deumer made gorgets during the TR-period.

There is no gorget anyway in their cataloque from 1937. If they would have made the one for the Kyffhäuserbund, the Kriegerbund,
it would have been shown I am sure about that. In their 1926 cataloque there were some, but just for veterans-organizations.

In the seventies I have spoken with one older employee from this concern. He could not remember Deumer made any gorget. It is not
mentioned in my notes from that conversation.

Thanks Wilhelm! Do you have any pics from that 1926 catalogue? Would be nice to know what vets association my gorget is for.

When you eventually have the gorget-book, see page 29 the upper drawings. The middle field is blank. Any device whatever could be positioned. They do not give a gorget for a specific organization in the 1926-cataloque (I am not able to upload and pictures). The one you showed in the other thread is a variation as used by veterans from the Kyffhäuser-Kriegerbund. Hundreds of different symbols were used by them, or text was engraved upon the blank inner.

It arrived today and the cross is a 3 piece made Deumer Prinzen with iron core. Ringkragen is marked on the lug where you attach the chain with 'HCH Timm Berlin C19'. Is that maker known for Kragen?

Unsure if I mentioned this anywhere in the books area, but there are few authors one can by a book they've written without seeing it knowing it will be all encompassing with no other book on the topic needed. Mr. Saris is such an author, one need only see the multiple their volumes he's assisted (more than readers know) done by other authors on various topics. Credit and appreciation is due him for that as well.
