basically the memoirs of Dr Heinrich Haape is "brilliant " it concerns the attack on Russia up to the second year , well written and descriptive , this guy was a dedicated doctor and not afraid to lift a weapon when needs arose as attested to his nedals --- iaf,woundbadge,ek2 ,ek1 and dkig ,this is a great read
