1914 EK and Ehrenkruez display book

This is a recent purchase. I have only seen this item one other time and it was on Niemann's site. The back of the book is marked " Fr. Wilh. Ruhsus, Dortmund D.R.G.M. D.R.P.a". Has anyone seen this before?
