Reference books

Hello Forum,

I would like to hear, if some of you advanced collectors out there can recommend a reference book concerning the Jäger units (not Gebirgsjäger) and their equipment/uniforms/insignia?

Hi Mads,

the Jäger were equiped like the Gebirgsjäger, same uniforms. Infact they were also regarded as being light infanterie, just like the Gebirgsjäger. The difference was in the fact that the Gebirgsjäger were supposed to operate in the mountains.
