SS Book help needed

Hi,
I know this is not cloth?
Why would anybody at this stage in the war be writingand printing a childs book? This is a strange itm for a SS person to write.
Does any body have any info on the author of this book,
SS -Obersturmfuhrer Henrik Herse ,the book was printed in 1942.

Well I read what there was on the pictrure,and this sounds more like a poem..He writes that he is hungry and that people take his stuff because he didnt pay citizens,and that is sick of being kicked in the ass from everyone...Sorry,but i dont know the english words for these idioms..
