Paratrooper book dedication question, Unit?

Posted this in the Fallschirmjaeger forum, but am not getting much of a response. Though I would post here to see if anyone can give me any info. I have recently acquired a book that deals specifically with paratroops that had the pictured dedication in it. I was wondering if anyone can wager a guess as to what the dedication may mean, specifically the 6/N.E.A. 13? I already know that the beginning translates as "for rememberance of the day of the Wehrmacht 1942". Any help would be appreciated. A picture is attached.
