Paratrooper book dedication question

I have recently acquired a book that deals specifically with paratroops that had the pictured dedication in it. I was wondering if anyone can wager a guess as to what the dedication may mean, specifically the 6/N.E.A. 13? I already know that the beginning translates as "for rememberance of the day of the Wehrmacht 1942". Any help would be appreciated. A picture is attached.

It is the 6th Kompanie of some Abteilung perhaps, but nothing Fallschirmjäger related.
