help on a book

Hello,
Looking on amazon for books I found the following book "Knights of the Iron Cross: A History 1939-1945" . Amazon says that the author is Gordon K. Williamson. There is no image available of the book on the amazon page.Does someone know something about that book?

Yes, this is Gordon's "old" Iron Cross book. Most of the info (if not all) and more is in his new book. Did you want it for any particular reason, or just wondering? If you wanted it as a reference, you would missing little if you just got his new book.

Actually I was looking for the new "Iron Cross" book and I found the old one. I was only wondering which one would be better to get first. Because all people in the forum speak about the new one.
