    That's just freakin awesome Jos, your modelling skills are way over the top. Is one of the items in the original photo a container/bag for the antenna balloon????

      If every single member of the WAF sent you $150 would that be enough to build a 1/6 model of the Bismarck? That's only 1,667 of us to get you to a quarter million!

      Seriously though, excellent work! Absolutely fantastic attention to detail! The machine shopped pieces are phenomenal! I need a model workshop so badly...

        No, nothing for the transmitter / balloon in that pic.
        I'll show you later how the container for the kite and balloons looked like.

        If every single member of the WAF sent you $150 would that be enough to build a 1/6 model of the Bismarck? That's only 1,667 of us to get you to a quarter million!
        I only work with 1:6, Bismarck was about 250 meters, that would mean a 40 meters long model ...

            Transmitter almost ready, needs some more work behind the door.
            Need some thread to use as antenna cable etc..

                WOW! Looks ever more incredible when compared to the lighter for scale. I can't even begin to imagine the time it took to fabricate that piece of art from scratch.
