3R NSDAP ERWACHE STANDARD Modification

I picked up one of the 3R's NSDAP ERWACHE standards and after looking at it I figured I would make it more like the real standards. Here is a picture of the standard before modifications. Note the swastikas have been blocked out so the photobucket censors don't delete the images(hopefully)

I shortened the cords going to either side of the box and added clips removed from a couple water bottles. The clips look close to the real snaps. Comments are welcomed

DE box front was NSDAP side from 1923 to 1933.
In 1933 the name side became the front display,
the same year SS DE's came into existence, like
the LAH with their ADOLF HITLER showing to front.

Is this in 1/6 scale or ? I've seen the examples that come with DiD figures but this one looks better.

Yes this is in 1/6th scale it came with the 3R - Jakob Grmminger figure. Toy Soldier Brigade had the standard as a separate item when they parted out the figure. I just checked and they are sold out on this standard. The only thing I find fault with it is there is no black edging to the white lettering which is there on the real standards
