Facetimed with my son and his family in Europe and learned that they had attended the ceremony in Bastogne yesterday. In addition to participants from both sides, the Belgian president was also there in addition to many European re-enactors wearing US 101st Airborne uniforms. It was quite a gala and everyone enjoyed it.
