I didn't know that Adolf Martin Bormann (Martin Bormann's oldest son) had died back in March. There were no news stories about it that I was aware of.
He features in several documentaries about the Third Reich and did many tours, including one to Israel to speak to Jewish survivors of the death camps.
There was also some news the shocked and surprised me. I was aware that he had converted to Catholicism after the war and became a priest, and had left in the 1970s I think, but there are also accusations of child sex abuse against him by a former pupil at the school where he taught. All rather unpleasant when I believed him to be a decent sort of guy.
