                      It feels good that serious people excivate this site, so the items found is recorded and keept preserved and don´t end up on E-bay like other battlefield relics.

                      God rest the soles of the buried soldiers!

                        The broken timbers of the trench look so evocative of those old black and white images of the Great War. It's good to know that these Alte Kammeraden will now be laid to rest with their comrades in a proper cemetary.
