I was wondering if any members here are familiar with or have been to any of the following memorials/cemeteries? -
The US 7th Army Cemetery in Hochfelden France (I believe all of the remains have been returned to the United States except for the body of one man, but the site remains as a memorial)
The US 103rd Division Memorial in Pfaffenhoffen, France, dedicated on June 30, 1991?
The US 103rd Division Vosges Mountain Battle Memorial in St. Die France, dedicated on July 13, 1992
If anyone is familiar with these regions of France and has any observations to share, I'd be grateful. My eventual goal is to see these sites myself, but a journey to Europe is still years away, unfortunately.
