    German NCO collar Tresse

I'm in the process of restoring a tunic with nco collar tresse. I can't remember how to make the fold at the corner tip.I use to be able to do this in my sleep when I did reenacting but it's been so many years. I use to have a book many years ago that showed how it was applied to both the collar and to shoulder boards but I've lost it in one of my many moves
    Thanks

When you look at shoulder boards, the 90 degree fold was usually made with a second piece - the first piece is squared off, and the second piece goes on top of it, folded to a crisp 45 degree angle. You could do it in one piece, but I think the two piece method is easier to maintain a good sharp 45 degree angle.
