Reenacting to put it mildly really isn't my cup of tea, at all!!

But, I have to say I'm drawn to these photo threads, and I can but only praise the dedication and attention to detail you guys commit yourselves to.

I've really enjoyed the pictures, good effort and well done.

I wasn't aware that the reenactors in the UK looked that good. I started reenacting in the US in 1983 (doing American Civil War) and then doing WW2 in 1986. There are some really premier units here but it seems that the overweight farbs are still around in abundance. Your people all looked really good

It's simple: if you don't want chubby guys in the group you just don't let them be member! In a Dutch group I know they just say no to fat people. The commander told me he rather have a group of two that look good then a group of twenty that look sh*t.

I've followed various posts about your unit and have always been impressed..these photos just reenforce that opinion.

Great work on the images Marco - some of the most believable alterations I've seen.
