    34th Bomb Group, 7th Bomb Squadron, 31st Crew, 8th Air Force

    I had lunch today with a Charles Eby, Jr. who was a 2nd Lt. in 34th Bomb Group, 7th Bomb Squadron, 31st Crew, 8th Air Force. He was a pilot of a B-17G in Mendlesham, England. His plane was the Homeward Bound, which was lost in 1945, but his crew survived the war...
