U Boat pens visit
Has anyone visted the U boat pens at La Rochelle or St Nazaire recently. I am thinking of taking a trip to see them (if they are still intact) and wondered if you can get access to them?

I vistided the ones at la rochellabout three years ago, they are soldi but they are in poor condition, yet they dont bother you if you want to go around and ggo into them, but belive me its not a museum or a preserved site, its falling to pieces. I hope that when you go they have begun to preserve them but I doubt it
On the other hand the ones at Bordeux is intact, preserved and ther is a museum there, also on the one of lorient.
