    Visit the V3 weapon site

    Thought this might be of interest, especially to those living close by

    one of the two sites where work was carried out on the third 'vengence' weapon

    Hi Thomas, thanks for posting the link.


    This weapon is not half as well known as it's more famous counterparts. I have yet to visit this site but it is on my list for the future. I know a Veteran who saw the site in 1944, he remarked that the area looked like the surface of the Moon due to all the bombing.

      no problem.. interesting concept with the additional chambers firing in sequence to 'speed up' the ballistic as it passed....amazing really
