    Cap Wreath Repair

    Hi everyone. Is there someone on the forum who is adept at repairs? I have a cap wreath that is snapped in half and I would like it fixed

      If its a rare wreath fill the back with jb weld from home depot, otherwise buy a new one?

        It's a Gilt RMBO/Generalgouvernement wreath..... If I could find another original in one piece I would buy it

          if you could find a local jeweler. it might be worth asking him. soft metals are tough to repair without melting the original metal. someone who works in pewter (local university art department) might be a good bet for reaping a rare soft metal piece?
