Sweetheart pillows

I am wondering what the best method is for cleaning this sweetheart pillow and getting the wrinkling out of it. I read the flag archival thread and feel that once I get the stain and wrinkling out I'll apply the roll tube method to store it or I might frame it and display it.

Im afraid to use an iron on it but wonder if a thick towel and some steam wouldnt heat damage the fabric or graphic.
