I finally could add two more private, unpublished photographs from officers of the HJ Division. Next to Fritz Witt, Hans Scappini, Karl-Heinz Prinz... I now also have Bernhard Siebken and Kurt "Panzer" Meyer.

How can I get my cloth items to stay in my shadowbox without using pins? Ideas? Thanks

Great photo, Mark! It must have been quite the experience to speak one-to-one with Herr Wünsche.

Really nice photo, thanks for posting it.

Also today my first Feldpostbrief from the HJ Division came in. From
SS-Wirtschafts-Bataillon 12. Will try to find out more on the soldier.

                      Nick,
Bedankt! Uw 5.

I am searching especially anything related to Obersturmbannführer Hans Waldmüller. Any tips to material are rewarded and most appreciated. Many thanks in advance.

                        Hey Bart,

                        Thanks for your compliment.
When time permits maybe I can show my small 5th FJD collection also here (in the display forum), but most of my free time I spend on finding the items.
The deathcard of Wachter I still have, here the scan as you asked for.

Sorry, I don't sell this one, but if it ever goes, it will go to you!

                        - LSSAH Kragenspiegeln auf Bild.

                        - Zitat “Hitlerjugend Div. Vol.2”: "The bulk of II./25 and Panzerjäger Abt. 12 had followed Obersturmführer Zeiner after they dislodged the enemy from the Krinkelt forest. They followed him closely along the country lane to Rocherath. Soon after leaving the forest they came upon the enemy, ready for defense, in the darkness. After a bitter fight, they were able to throw him back, effectively supported by there own artillery. Immediately east of Rocherath they again encountered superior enemy troops. The attack stalled there under very heavy artillery fire. An attempt to by-pass the enemy by swinging to the north also faltered in the face of his superior forces. With the loss of several Panzerjägers, it is probable that the chief of 2. Panzerjägerkompanie, Obersturmführer Wachter, and the leader of his III. Zug, Oberscharführer Bitau, were killed during these battles."

                          # Feldpost von SS-Mann Werner Pasche. I also found one from him in my books. Sadly I couldn't find him in my archive.
