    Recent Luftwaffe additions

    I have managed to obtain a few nice groups,first one is for a machine gunner/mechanik who served in KG2.The group is huge 2 big photo albums,all his award docs,flight books.Another big folder of paperwork and maps.Also a copy of a english magazine he featured in.

    Another big group for a fighter pilot JG27,award docs,wehrpass and lots of paperwork,also a lovely photo album with over 200 pics

      Last one for now is a Stuka pilot of SG1 ,i love this group it has his award docs and letter reccomending the DKIG,much POW paperwork and postwar stuff.The real gem in this group is the photo album it has many shots of famous pilots and aircraft.

              Congrats Mate !! those are some super groupings, my favourite is the JG 27 grouping . IMOP It was the best LW squadron in the War.

                  Thanks for the comments guys!

                  We seem to have started a poll on fighter units,one of my favs would be JG77 IN Norway the first time combat on equal terms took place.JG300 also but that would have something to do with the Ehrenpokal i have from that unit.

                    Battle of Britain bomber pilot.He served in KG1 flying HE111.
                    His flight books contain 2300 flights.Also involed in Battle of Poland,France and Russia.In 1942 he transfered to sanitats flugbereltschaft 4 flying JU52 medical flights evacuating injured troops.He was everywhere Stalingrad,Kursk etc.This pilot had a busy war and survived.Some of his award docs are photocopies as originals destroyed.
