I'm thinking that considering the location in his house, that it may be something as simple as a wooden structure, overlayed with skim-cote, plaster, or a thin cement.
This is the common method for creating buildings of this type on all the sets that I've ever worked on.

I may be mistaken, but I just can't imagine how yard-think concrete would have been poured in such a confined space.

Whatever the method, it is MARVELOUSLY impressive!!

Nice camouflage remains on the outside of the bunker! Lets hope it is not going to be spoiled with graffiti in the near future.
