reducing pics

I use Visualizer Photo Resize...
I think there is a free version of it on the net, works great for me

Right click on photo you want, in the menu that opens up put pointer on and click 'open with' click on 'Paint'.
Paint opens up.
Up top click on 'Image'
Click on 'Stretch/Skew,
Box opens up, with '100' in boxes (this is 100%) put in values you require (about 30%)
Picture resizes.
Go to file up top and save as you wish.

Hi Terry,
I don't know which program you use to open your pics but on mine there is a 'FORMAT' tab which I click on and then you have the option to resize, select the 'pixels' and the change the values to 750 x 700 and save.
