    Need help determining value of collection!

    Hi guys-- I have an opportunity to pick up these items from the nephew of a vet, but am unsure of the value of a couple of things, and need to know how much I should offer. I'm attaching photos-- any help determining a reasonable market value would be appreciated.
    PS-- Hitler plaque is about 12" x 10", and the paper is an Ahnenpas.

          Not very interesting staff. $200 max, but I wouldn't pay even that.
