SS NCO Grey Visor Cap

Here's my latest purchase.

It's a typical, average quality, wartime made example with zinc insignia and a pinched crown which is always an attractive feature in my opinion.

Can't think of anything else to say about it to be honest.

In the UK we've got a phrase which describes it rather well which is:
"It does exactly what it says on the tin"

Hi Karl, I'd put your cap in a different league to be honest. The early grey ones with the runes on the lining are much rarer and harder to find.

Hi Ben, When do you estimate our caps were produced? In general I thought the SS rune lining ones were about the mid 30's and the unmarked ones were the late 30's.
