Willi Schumacher

Hello,

I am saddened to say that long time SS collector Wlli Schumacher passed away earlier this month. I just heard from his sister this evening.

Willi was a long time member/contributor on WAF. Many items from his collection are featured in books, such as the Beaver/Bando insignia book, Beaver/Shea headgear book, Scott Pritchett's volume 3 of is Panzer Feldjacke book, etc.

Over the eighteen years I knew Willi, he often talked of how happy he would be to join his late wife again some day. I'm sure they are reunited.

I will let the gentlemen know who runs the memorial page.
