.5 liter. condition pristine. is it ok as I suspect? I note a couple things:
a. there are 2 marks impressed into the unglazed clay bottom - one is a '7.' the other looks like a vehicle formation sign (?). I'd guess the number is for the mold, the other if it's a unit marks seems strange and needless
b. I note the license plate numbers on these appear different one to the other. does that mean while the stencil design was generic the plate was left blank for the soldier to paint-in himself? same-same for the name and unit designation?
c. specking of marks, that crab-looking impression by the '2.Komp.' is what? a manufacturing defect?
