Sehr schönes Rauchnotzeichen G. Leider fehlt der Deckel. Selten zu finden.

Ich suche schon seit Jahren den kleinen Bruder, das Rauchnotzeichen K. Dieses hatte keinen Deckel. In der Seenotfibel ist es schön beschrieben. Wer von Euch hat eines, der möchte es bitte mit Bildern vorstellen.

Very nice smoke Signal box G. Unfortunately the cover is missing. Rare to find.

I've been looking for the little brother, the smoke Signal Box K. This has no lid. In the Seenotfibel it is beautifully described. Who of you has one that would like to introduce it with pictures.

There is another 'model' with the same system that allow to to put it on the ground. It's just called 'Notsignalfackel' (Ln 24649)

Ja das Halte System beim Rauchnotzeichen K ist das gleiche wie auch bei der Norsignalfackel. Das Halte System ist aber nicht um die Not Geräte auf den Boden zu stellen, sondern in der Hand zu halten. Das steht auch auf dem Etikett und In der Seenotfibel sehr schön zu erkennen.

Alles weitere sollten wir in dem von Jos aufgemachten Beitrag schreiben.

Yes the holding system with the Rauchnotzeichen K is the same as also with the Notsignalfackel. The holding system, however, is not to place the emergency equipment on the ground, but to hold it in the hand. This is also very clear on the label and in the Seenotfibel.

Seenotfackel Ln 24649 Kriegsmarine or Luftwaffe only?

The Kriegsmarine used Luftwaffe rescue items such als the Luftwaffe Ln life raft and some of its equipment, so did the Kriegsmarine also used the Ln 24649 Seenotfackel and is there any evidence on pictures of it please?
