In the great scheme of W-SS collecting just how rare are BeVo TK tabs and how much would an authentic pair fetch on today's market?

Personally I don't think they are that rare / they surface from time to time
I also feel you mean flatwire as as apposed to Bevo ?
Cost of a tab approx £2000

No, I meant BeVo. I saw the runic BeVo post here and was just curious as to the relative rarity of the TK version.

Can you show a pic of a bevo skull in that case ?
As I'm truly certain its flat-wire your referring to

Compare every single other original example like that, and you will find they are all absolutely identical; stitch-by-stitch. Every surviving example I have seen has this exact RZM tag by Hersteller 374.
The tab was also woven in silver wire (called flatwire) for NCOs and officers, and although very expensive, these are relatively easy to find. However, the issue Bevo example like this one in grey thread, are near impossible to find.
I have seen a grand total of two period photos of SS-TV soldiers wearing a Bevo tab. No mistaking it. What seems odd, is that if the SS had been using Bevo M43 Trapezoids, and cap Totenkopf and eagles, and every other conceivable type of insignia in Bevo throughout the war, why did they not produce Bevo collar tabs until 1945? And so few?

Martin, just put up some.
I paid more for my example and I would again in a heartbeat. Painfully rare Totenkopf tab.
