    Jungsturm "Adolf Hitler" grouping

    Hello everyone,

Certainly a very rare grouping which I wanted to share some pictures of. We have made more than hundred pictures which I'm happy to upload.

Grouping to Leutnant Hanns Reder (1909-1941), a member of Jungsturm "Adolf Hitler" from 1921-1923 and later member of SS-Standarte "Deutschland". Hanns Eder was present at Adolf Hitler's speech at the Bürgerbräukeller on 8.11.1939 and rescued Elise Heuschmann after the failed assassination of Georg Elser on Hitler as confirmed by documents part of the grouping. Reder was injured himself insured himself.

Reder was awarded the Jungsturm "Adolf Hitler" badge. He unsuccessly applied for getting awarded the "Blood Order".

Below, I added a few interesting pictures. I'm looking forward to your comments.

    Thanks!
    Klaus

I agree -- a very nice grouping. I suppose I can understand why Reder did not receive the Blood Order as he was only 13 years old at the time of the Putsch.

He states he served on that day on Jahnstraße railway station however he was at school when the main action happened. Later, it was not possibly to join the troops because the road blocks by the police.
I don't think his age would have been a problem to be awarded. They rather said he was not containlty part of the NSDAP etc...

Yes, he would have been in school that day, as it was a Friday.
