Every country has good stuff, and bad. I got two very nice Gestapo disks from Poland, and other nice bits. There are dedicated, honest collectors in every clime and place.

Skull is good imo. This is the exact one I got while ago with the prongs replaced with nails, easily to detect since the nails penetrated and damaged the front of the skull. I sold it quite cheap and now it sadly found its place on a fake cap.
