This is one of the scariest types of SS headgear, like the SS panzer officer one you've also posted. These are worth the resale costs of buying original caps, tearing them down, and rebuilding them.

If these are rebuilds (Frankensteins), they've done a decent job and you'd need one of the experienced headgear folks to help you out. Post it in the headgear section and ask for help there - you'll get it but they'll want to know more about the pasteboard band and sewing details. If you can't get to the cap in hand, you probably won't get a solid yes or no.

Looking at both caps, I can't see any obvious red flags so again, these will take a forensic look preferably in hand. At this rank (General) and rarity (Panzer piped), you'd want it to be a solid yes before buying them unless they're cheap - and I'm sure they are not.
